Starting out...again!

What is the best routine to get into when you've been a lazy *kitten* for the past year and your stamina is very low? I just need some ideas on what I can and should do to get my *kitten* moving again. Ive done the Jillian Michaels thing, and while those are great workout routines, I am VERY bored of them! Any suggestions are helpful!!! Thank you
