Is it possible to change your weekly weight loss goal? like it only lets you do 2 pounds a week and i wanted to do 3 pounds a week.

MFP won't allow it. It is not healthy to lose more than 1lb per week. It also isnt healthy to consume less than 1200 cals/day. When I was losing, by increasing my cal intake made the pounds melt off. I started at 1200 and manually increased them slightly.0

It's tempting to want it all to come off in a hurry but if you lose it quickly it'll also tend to come back quickly. It's set with a limit for health reasons. Slow and steady wins the race - this is a long term solution not a quick, I want to lose 40lbs before Christmas/my birthday, my high school reunion. You body needs a certain amount of fuel to live and be healthy0
