4 days in and counting...

So far, so good. at 1350 cal/day....first day went over by just a little, but everyday since have been doing good! I have actually done my 20 minute exercise (30 day shred). Four days may not seem like much, but it is huge for me...I hate to work out! I have not weighed in yet, and I think I will wait for day 7...
