i bought myself a bike in june and have been on and off againg ridinging it
(quick history: studied and went offen to gym, for bike riding and treadmill alot)
and it feels like i am missing my treadmill and tempting to buy one, but i am a bit worried
because of my on again off again exercise with the bike, do u think its worth buying on
or not

I like the option of having both, if I'm bored with bike riding, I have the treadmill and if I'm bored with the treadmill, I have the bike or you could do a few minutes on both. I have both, but recently my knees and feet hurt to much to use the treadmill and the type of bike I have kills my butt to use it any longer than a few minutes, so I'm looking to invest in a new bike, one better suited for my size. I feel like you can't put a price on health, if you feel you will use it, even if only once a week...its worth it, but you have to decide how much you need it, both health wise and financially.0
