I'm trying to determine how often I should update my weight loss on MFP profile. I check the scale regularly to see if what I'm doing is having results. But I'm not sure how often I should post my progress. I was thinking once a week but is that too often?

post it WHENEVER you want...if you have a significant loss, let everybody know!!!! I just lost 1.5 lbs in a day. and listed my new weight....then you will have immediate support from your "friends" that will motiate you further.... if I gain a little, I usually let it go...0
