Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? 50 minutes on the elliptical

What would I have done differently? Not eat all my exercise calories

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and go to the gym

exercise weekly progress - 2/7 days of exercise (goal 5 out 7 days) - Been doing really well hitting my gym goal but I need to keep an eye on the calories\exercise calories. :noway:

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Not quite - over on calories by about 200

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Not quite

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? an hour at the Y - made a healthy lunch choice

    What would I have done differently? Not put as much butter and cheese on my baked potato

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and get in some exercise

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Eliptical yes and almost finished office project.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Did not overeat at Bunko

    What would I have done differently? A little more time on the eliptical and I would have taken care of those bunko calories

    What is today's personal goals? a little late to set them now but nort to over eat at my birthday dinner tonight
