I've just had an illicit Biccy at work and was horrified to see that they were 440 calories according to this data base. So I contacted the manufacturer who were only to happy to tell me they were only 121 for two!
Don't get me wrong i'm really grateful to this website but I have learned that Checking it our yourself is the best thing, just imagine if it was the other way round and I was beating myself up (again!!) for not loosing weight.
