Looks good. Your butt went a little high on the second to last rep, but you corrected it.
I didn't see a problem with your elbows, just something to consider: with rows, as soon as the set is done I pause and see if I feel it in my biceps. If I do, then I know my elbows were flared too much and I need to keep them tucked in closer to the body.0 -

thanks. i didn't know that about the elbows. i know i had my hands placed a little wide, so i'll pull them in a little closer next time.0 -
