Fitbit one verses Nike Fuelband

I've narrowed it down to either the fitbit one or the Nike Fuelband. I'm looking for people who have used either one or both for your opinion. I've read some reviews online, but not very many on the fitbit one since it just came out. How do you feel about the accuracy, motivation it provides, and the overall use of it?

Thanks

Have you tried doing a search on the forums. There's lots of posts about the fuel and and fitbit. Note that The One hasn't been out long. This and the Zip replaced the Ultra. Have you also looked at the new STRIIV Play

I own and have used a fitbit however I have no experience with the Nike Fuel Band. My only issue with the fitbit is that its rather easy to lose. I have clipped the fit bit in all sorts of places and I have had issues with "misplacing" it numerous times. For women they suggest clipping it to your bra so that may help with that issue. I have read that other people wash theirs by mistake. So while the fitbit is much smaller and less obvious to other people, the nike fuelband may not get lost as often and thus saving $100.00.

I have the Fuelband, have had it for quite a few months - I think I got it in July. I wear it like a watch since it tells time so have never been bothered by it. It is also pretty discreet since it looks like a livestrong band. The goal feature is very motivating and it has proved to be pretty accurate for most activities. I recently put on my HRM and Fuelband during Insanity and they were pretty close, with the Fuelband under by about 20 calories. Activities where it is NOT great are all those where you aren't moving your arms vigorously - Spinning, Rowing, Elliptical. It does great for running and Zumba / aerobic type activities. Overall, I recommend it.

I had the fitbit Ultra and recently upgraded to the Fitbit one. I love mine and although I agree with Hitem20 that the fitbit ultra was easy to lose but the fitbit one has a different clip which is harder to remove as it i s made from rubber. Also the fitbit one can also be sync'd with the iphone, ipad and also smartphones so you now dont have to be near your home computer to get an update.
i ahve never used the fuelband so can't comment but I love my fitbit!!!!
