wore my hrm all day

ok so I wore my hrm all day and only took it off at night time, I burned just over 2000 calories in the day and from what I read I burn about 400-500 while sleeping, so how much should I be eating if I burn this much, do I still go by what mfp says. I am working sitting down most of the day but I have upped my activity level to a low active which gives me 1250 calories per day. So experts am I ok there or should I up it again?
