Pasta Salad, bean salad or just salad in general.
    Egg salad sandwiches, boiled eggs
Pitas with 'something' (meat, cheese, peanut butter)
    Cheeses
Chicken is good cold, on sandwich, salad, by itself.
    PB & J
    Ham sandwiches/salad
Rice salad (like pasta but with rice)

I can eat just about anything cold - and usually do.

Couscous...... either make up a salad in the morning (tomatoes, cucumber, chickpeas, garlic and lemon juice) or by a packet mix which you add boiling water too.

Lettuce wraps with turkey and lots of mustard.
    Cheese sticks
    Boiled eggs
    Salad fixings
    Steamable veggies
Make a pot of soup at the start of the week and heat it up

I also like to make individual baggies of low cal snacks and make them my lunch. An example is:
    5 olives
    cherry tomatoes
    baby carrots
    boiled eggs x 2
    apple or clementine
    broccoli or cauliflower
    almonds

You get the concept. Actually the variety is something I like.
  • I chop up chicken and coat it in mustard or sweet chilli and grill it the night before and add it to a salad with a small tin of 4 bean mix and take to work - no heating up required. You could also do vita weats with ham, slices of tomato and cheese.
