    What thread did you post some great recipes? I noticed someone mentioned them and would love to check them out. Also, you might consider making a group as the interest continues so we dont lose out on the videos.

    As someone who grew up frying everything, slopping gravy on it and opening up some can veggies, at 43 i am lost beyond belief on this web site in the kitchen, and working out, as long as it was simple and didn't require a bunch of equipment I don't possess, I would be your avid admirer :-)

    Thank you for your endeavor! I have for such a long time been interested in including a healthy kitchen, great eats and sharing conversations about health around the (virtual) table, maybe we could all pull up a chair to a virtual meal.
