I'm eating less than my 1200 cals/day, but went way over in fat, protein and vitamin C. Which is healthier? The reason I went so far over in fat is because of light ranch dressing...is there any dressing I can substitute?

I think a nice balsamic vinegar is awesome. I get a rraspberry infused one - its 35 cal for 2 tbs and practically no fat.0

If you don't have some fat in your dressing, your body can't absorb all the vitamins and fat soluable nutrients in the salad. I wouldn't worry too much about it, plus make sure your not too far below the 1200. Good luck!0

The raspberry vinagrette is amazing, and very low in calories per serving (2tsp). I highly recommend it.0

I love doing a little olive oil, fresh lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper. Maybe this could help?0

my favorite is Kraft's calorie-wise zesty italian....only 10 cal per serving and still got the oils that would help you absorb all your nutriments....
Good luck!0 -
