Two ingredient pancakes

I'm sure some of you have heard of this before- I saw it on Pinterest. To make these pancakes, you just mix one banana and two eggs. I also added a touch of vanilla and cinnamon. And- voila!

They are actually pretty pancake-y. I left the banana chunky so it was definitely a less-fluffy, banana flavoured pancake, but it was good. I topped it with some vanilla yoghurt and walnuts.

Is it listed here for the calories? I think it looks great. Course I would put some blueberry Noosa on it because I am sinful, LOL.

I have it for 300 calories for 1 banana and two eggs. It made me three pancakes.
