LUNCH...Help

Hmmmm...what to have for lunch. Any thoughts? I want something GOOD, something that taste GOOD. I didn't eat breakfast (Shame on ME! ) and I have class tonight, so wont have a big dinner. I have most of my days calories available, and will work out. So, someone, anyone...please offer suggestions. GOOD ONES! ;)

    I am having a turkey & ham sandwich and some soup!

    - 2 slices Healthy Life wheat bread = 70 cal, 1g fat
    - 3 slices Healthy Ones honey ham = 26 cal, 1g fat
    - 3 slices Healthy Ones oven roasted turkey = 26 cal, 1g fat
    - 1 1/2 tblsp. Kraft fat free mayo = 15 cal, 0g fat
    - 1 can Campbell's Select Harvest Light Vegetable Beef & Barley = 160 cal, 3g fat

    Total 297 cal, 6g fat!
