I am so excited. I have been down because I haven't been losing weight as quickly as I want to. But, I have been taking my blood pressure and heart rate for 2 weeks 3 times daily and they have lowered considerably! A month ago, I had several readings of 154/90 with a resting heart rate of around 90. Now, my blood pressure is consistently around 111/64 and my resting heart rate was a whopping 59!!! I owe it all to exercise. I am so proud. Now, if my weight will follow, I will be one happy lady. ;-)

    I agree. I'm a nurse and I see the same thing in patients all the time before and after weight loss. I can usually tell by blood pressure and heart rate if a person exercises quite a bit. Very happy for you. Congratulations!
