Week 2 and put on.

Week 1 lost 4 kilos and now week 2 put on half kilo. I can't understand why that is..Just making angry as I have been trying to stick to a plan. Can anyone help me out??

    Could be a number of things:

    1. Muscles retaining fluid due to exercise
    2. Water retention from too much sodium
    3. Monthy cycle
    4. Bathroom regulation problems


    Weight loss isn't linear. Sometimes you lose, sometimes you gain a little. As long as you are seeing an overall downward trend, don't worry too much about it.
