Punching bag....

Anyone have any moves/routines they use on a punching bag to get the sweat rolling?
(former Tae-kwon-do instructor & black belt so I know how to keep proper form)

Just curious what other's workouts are. :smile: Finally joined a gym with access to the mini punching-bag and a large 5-ft-long one and I'm eager to get in and "wail" on it after so many years of not doing any martial arts :wink:

    I just use a round timer and do 3 5 minute rounds. Sometimes I do two minutes of specific strikes like two minutes of jabs, two minutes of crosses, two minutes of right kicks, etc.
