I copied the recipe below for those who don't want to leave MFP
Green Protein Coconut Smoothie
Ingredients
■1 can lite coconut milk
■2 cups fresh spinach
■1 cup frozen strawberries
■1/2 cup 100% pasteurized egg whites
■optional: 2-3 droppers liquid vanilla stevia
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a high powdered blender and mix until smooth. Makes 24 ounces.

That said I am a dork and didn't bring the recipe into the kitchen with me, thinking it was so simple I could remember it. I made it a little different and for only 1 serving.
1 cup Silk brand coconut milk (the regular, not the light)
1 cup fresh spinach
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup egg whites (egg beaters pasturized)
no sweeteners
a few ice cubes
I ended up with a little over 16oz or so. The taste isn't bad. Not really sweet but not over spinachy. May have to play with it a bit as I tend to like much thicker smoothies for meal replacements.
