Want Bond body: continuing to consume sugar/high fat?

I was reading this about Daniel Craig here and his workouts.

For losing weight, I've always only paid attention to calories - never really portions, time of consumption, etc.,. I had a fairly nice body in high school, but I was never satisfied with it - always had a little bit of chub around the waist, no matter how thin I got.

I have a physique that's somewhat identical to Daniel Craig, so seeing the guy very muscular (but not huge so he can still look dapper in his suits) has always inspired me. As I lose weight, however, I'm beginning to wonder what results I could see if I start following something a bit more structured (and, of course, working out intensely).

I like that minimalist look, you know? Thin with a bit of a muscular build. What would I have to do to get there (oh god, if you look at my entries, yes, I have eaten a bad amount of halloween candy)
