Need motivation & support.

Hi Everyone ,
Im a 37 year old mom to 4. I have at least 100 pounds to lose.
2 years ago I lost 50 pounds by eating healthy & exercising everyday. Well I have gained it all back and then some.
Im looking for weight loss buddies. Support, encouragement etc. I am happy to offer the same in return!

So to start myself out 2 weeks ago, I agreed to TRY Body By Vi for a month.....Its ok, but extremely pricey. I dont do the 2 shakes as I find myself starving. I drink one shake for breakfast because I am NOT a breakfast eater & need the vitamins/protiens etc. Im also not impressed with the sucralose in it. I am against any artificial sweetners & they give me an instant stomach ache...sooooo, I am looking for input as to what to drink in the morning. Protein shakes etc. Simple, cause Im extremely picky ;)

I did lose 13 pounds but Im hungry! I need to figure out food to eat that wont blow my calories but are healthy at the same time.
