Quick Weight Loss Pills Ads

This week alone I have had rfive different offers to buy quick weight loss pills from Facebook friends--one of these invitations was an obnoxious long cheery letter with a woman I "unliked" over a year ago for Xangular (sp?) In fact 4 of the five were for Xangular and one was for ACE. These are all caffeine pills and laxatives to take daily and then consume 500 calories. Xangular also claims to cure all kinds of illness. It's all obnoxious and I am curious why the FDA is not sutting these drug pushing companies down.
Do any of the rest of you get these invitations to spend $100's on magic pills?
