I have come to find myself spending a fortune on my exercise habits, I cycle to work 3 x a week, Gym 2-3 times per week. I bought and keep buying things to support me.... HRM's that link to my apps on the iphone, Withing scales, I have 9 Iphone apps and loads of of Cycling & Gym gear. I feel guilty if i don't cycle or go to the gym. I feel guilty if i feed any food cravings although I am not dieting, just changed my diet.. I weight myself everyday up or down and check MFP boards for other highly motivated people.

I have not one but TWO gym memberships, a mountain bike, a lighter weight hybrid bike, a scale that calculates body fat, food scale, weight lifting gloves and more workout clothes than normal clothes. I also bought a bodybugg and pay for their monthly subscription. I spend a lot of time reading interviews with fitness competitors and fitspo blogs.
I am trying to control this though, instead of weighing in once a day I'm trying to go a month without weighing myself. I don't want to go down the OCD/ED road again.0 -
I guess if you have an addictive personality, you'll always find something to be addicted to.0

Yeah. I am. I'm below my goal and trying to loose a few more pounds, I'm not quite happy yet.
However, I used to be addicted to fast food so...... I'll take being addicted to shaping up. There's a line wth anything though, things can always be taken too far. I'm staying on this side of that.0 -
I wouldn't say I feel guilty if I don't go to the gym, but I understand the benefits of going, and I feel like I am doing myself a dis-service by not going.
I bought a cheap Univega bike off Craigslist...but then I bought kevlar tires, a bike GPS, etc...but I can easily, easily justify the expense because I've lost tons of fat this year.0 -
Addicted is beyond description for me..0

I feel SOOOOOO guilty if I go one day without some kind of a workout...and if i don't get atleast runs in in a week I'm hating on myself. Which is kinda not a bad thing. But i'm also I think a lil too obsessive with the calories.0

Funny - I wonder the same thing sometimes. But then I realize there are worse things to be "addicted" to. This "addiction" is good for my health, makes me feel pretty good and usually doesn't interfere with my personal relationships....my husband is impressed with my dedication and supports me. Some girlfriends are having trouble adjusting to the new me, but I think that's a whole new subject0

I feel guilty if i dont work out (like today, but convinced myself its ok as it was a bad day might be losing my job)
guilty also for eating rubbish but i still do it maybe once a week lol0
