Hello, I'm Arielle and I'm trying to lose weight... all of this is very new to me. I just wanted some advice. I currently weigh 195lbs and I am 5'9". I would like to get down to 150, not sure what the norm is for weight at my height. I have a small frame.:)

Hey,
I'm also 5"9 and according to the BMI calculator the healthy weight for our height is between 125lbs - 169lbs so trying to get 150 is a very healthy goal. Hope that helps and good luck!0 -
