I had a planned cheat day today - my first since I started. I went out to lunch a group of my girlfriends and I did go the healthier option of a haloumi pumkin salad. (also had a great time with the girls too). I had already decided what will be for dinner this evening (so I could be ready to cook when I get home).

The yay part? - I logged everything and although I will be over my 1330 cals (der - like I was going to be under that eating out!!) I will still manage to fall between my BMR and TDEE cals AND will still be able to have my dinner and fruit plate as planned.

SCORE!!!!
