Hi
I exercise about 5-7 times a week doing spinning, zumba, pump, kettlebells, TRX etc and sometimes double classes.. I also squeeze in a swim once a week....BUT lately I have to stop as start shaking with hunger and low bloody sugar levels...only in swimming. Does anyone else get this? Is there anything I can eat prior to stop this. Yesterday I ate a banana and Alpen light bar about half hour before but still had to stop....I use swimming as a relaxing exercise!
