Hello everyone -

I am lifetime dieter, and have tried just about every fad diet that has been out there over the last 25 years...a good friend of mine starting counting calories 2 years ago, and has had amazing success...I have always resisted a food diary, mainly due to laziness on my part...I hated having to look up everything I ate and log it...but with this app on my iPhone it is so easy it is ridiculous that I have waited this long...thanks to the creator of this wonderful app, I have lost 7 pounds since the beginning of the year without forcing foods into my diet that I don't like...I eat what I like, just staying within my calorie goals for the day and getting my exercise in as well...long way left on my journey, but I feel good about this method and being able to stick with it for the long haul...
