    LOL, it's true it sounds odd. I have a water bottle which holds 16 ounces and I try to drink one first thing in the morning, sometimes taking my morning meds. Today I was up early and had already had 2 before it was meds time when I had another and then another between 7 and 9:30.

    I wasn't sloshing around, but I promise you I am well hydrated. I've had even more since then. My total number of waters for the day so far is 16 and it's just about time for a snack. :laugh:
