Bad food week: Can't seem to eat properly

What do you do when you know you're going to have a bad food week ? Everything I eat makes me want to vom or I just gag. (sorry tmi),
spent the last two weeks on a crazy repetitive diet of porridge, rice and kidney beans and pasta and tomato (not my choice, just what you got given).
Been back since thursday but food is urgh, taste textures erghh smells amazing....I bought my duty free choco but I can't even have a bite :sad: !!

Point is how do I get back to normal pre-two weeks ago ?

p.s I also know if I don't eat properly soon I'm going to get ill and I don't have time to be ill till feb!
