Attention QuickTrim user People that has knowledge about Diet Pills!!!

Help, I need advice on a product that I am using. Can someone, anybody let me know if QuickTrim actually works? N if it's safe?

    Pills in general are NOT safe, thye mess with the natural chemistry of your body. Usually you will lose lbs but gain it back after going off the pills ,... plus alot of so called diet pills are really bad for the heart.

    much safer and easier in the long run to do it the old fashioned way of eating less and moving more

    food works too :happy: especially protein and fats. eggs, avocadoes, nuts, greek yogurt. all are very good for you and are filling
