jillian michaels dvds vs nrolfw/fbb

Just wondered anyones thoughts on this? Which is better for fat loss? I like the simplicity of doing the dvds, there's no faffing about changing plates on dumbbells/barbells and I can do it indoors instead of out in the garage. Is 30ds for example viable as strength training? What about if you lift heavier and with less reps following the dvds?

Any thoughts?

    I do Body Revolution but make my weights heavy and do less reps.
