1lb of fat = 1lb of muscle

I see this all the time on here and then there is a huge debate on how they are not actually equal...I think this explains it pretty well. 1lb = 1lb in weight.....but the SPACE it takes it up on your body is different. What do you think?

yep, A pound is a pound but a pound of lead takes up less space than a pound of feathers. Its all about density.0

Yes I realized this last year when I reached 140lbs (the weight I was when I got married) and tried on my wedding dress, then realized it was much too big.0
