I purchased the Bowflex WR30 and the instruction manual is missing. I searched online and got nothing. Contacted Bowflex online and got nothing.
Does anyone have this HRM and can share the instructions on using it?
It is cheap and I'll probably toss it but I thought I'd try it before trashing it.
