I have 28 cups of chili totaling 3562 calories which is 127.21 cals per cup...I think....saved in my meals....i need to be able to list a 1 cup serving....how do I do that or what is the percentage or whatever....sorry I such a dummy!!!

  • 1 cup out of your total 28 cups = .0357
So .0357 would be your serving for 1 cup out of the total 28 cups of chili.

If there are 28 servings, then you would be eating 1/28th of the whole recipe, so 1 divided by 28. So you would enter .035 on here if you had one serving.
  • that's A LOT of chili!

can I have your recipe for the chili, I make mine fresh from dry beans and low fat ground beef but it still ends up being over 300 calories for one cup. I would love your lower calorie version.
