I am on the stationary bike at home. laptop is on the shelf next to me, I am reading threads and posting.....am I bad?:laugh: :laugh:

I am not pushing my workout too hard today do to some pulled muscle in lower back!

    I think any distraction that keeps you going is a good thing. Maybe try to use the threads as a reward, have a spurt then slow down and read the threads. As long as your back can take it that is!!

    Nah, I read or watch TV on the elliptical, it distracts me and all of a sudden the machine will beep to tell me I'm done.

    distraction is key for me. Earlier today at the gym, I was texting on my blackberry, checking facebook on my itouch, and watching tv. whatever makes the time fly I think.
