I set my New Years goal at ten pounds. That is 5% of my body weight. I am "secretly" hoping for more but with all the food coming up I will be happy with ten pounds. Add me as a friend and we will work on this together.0

My name is Kim.
I was on MFP a long time ago too and just started back up again about two months ago after my dietician suggested it. I have lost 24 pounds since the beginning of the year but I find at a certain time of month I tend to binge for 3 or 4 days and gain two or three pounds and then it takes me two or three weeks to lose those pound only to start all over again.
So one of my goals is to get through that time of month (it will have to be Dec now) without binging. And I would love to lose the last 20 pounds to reach my goal weight by Christmas.

my goal by christmas is to have enough self control to eat cheese and crackers-and be able to stop eating them after only a few. and eat mostly from the veggie trays0

Im new to this app , my goal is to lose 30 pounds before christmas i have a personal trainer i work out 3 times a week for 30 minutes , I take in 1,380 calories daily by eating organic foods my current weight is 170 lbs.0
