Hello everyone! I really need some help in trying to lose weight
height' 4'11
My starting weight 162
that fluctuates depending on how much I've eaten to 158'bs
GW= 110
I dieted 2 years ago and ate 1000 cal each day and jogged for 30 min 3 months and lost 40lbs!! SO I decided to do the same again but its not working.
my BMR is 1500
And ive done enough research to on here and most people seem to be eating alot more and losing weight. I dont just want to lose weight but I want to do it FAST.
please help me. Ive been going to gym for 2 months now 4-6 days a week 30-60 min and have started eating healthy with NO change in weight OR inches.

I'm 4'11" too.
People who eat a lot more and can lose more tend to be taller. It's simply the truth that they have more lean mass (bone, muscle) and so their BMR is higher.
You need to lose the mentality that you want your weight loss to be fast. Quite frankly, and I'm not saying this to be mean, you will fail if that's how you think. Real sustainable weight loss is about the complete opposite of FAST. It takes patience, time, dedication, a lifestyle change. The only way you will get fast weight loss is if you do very unhealthy things and as soon as you eat normally it will come RIGHT BACK. It's not worth it.
I think 1000 is a bit too low for you despite your height, since you weigh 162. I used to weigh 140 and I was able to lose on 1200. I would aim to eat that much everyday. Exercise is great but something some people don't want to talk about for some reason is that it is NOT NEEDED to lose weight (for health, yes, weight loss? no). In fact exercise can make you hungrier. I know it does to me.

I'm also 4'11. When I first tried to lose weight I only ate 1000 calories a day and walked for 30-60 minutes for exercise. I lost weight that way but I was always hungry and cranky. I upped my calories to 1200 and joined a gym then I plateaud FOREVER until I quit the gym, upped my calories to 1300 and started running instead of walking. I started at 148lbs in April 2011 and the lowest I can seem to get down to is 115lbs. I weighed about 117lbs at the end of October but then my house was hit by Hurricane Sandy and my diet and exercise had to be put on hold ... Two weeks of living in seriously crappy conditions and now I'm about 7lbs heavier0
