What should I put on my grocery list:)?

Hey guys!

I was thinking about making a "healthy food" shopping list. And someday soon go to the store with my mom. What are some healthy things you recommend? I go to school from 6:30 am-3:30 pm, and school does offer lunch. But nothing really healthy, and I can't sit down to have my lunch (Bummer!). I was thinking I could just pack a lunch with snacks for throughout the day. What things do you eat that have very little calories? I'm trying to cut back on salt and sugar as well. Any ideas or suggestions?
