    Hi, I'm down the road in Williamsburg trying to take control and make some changes to my body as well. Love to be here for you, you've got a really healthy attitude. Feel free to share what it the hardest for you, For example, I hate weekends, I loose all control over eating, even if I still exercise, do I really need to snack on Kung Pao chicken?!?!
