How much am I burning?

So, I know the only really effective way to know what your burning is with a HRM, but given that I don't own one, I'm asking for your help.

I'm doing level 1 of that workout because I can do it my dorm room and people have told me it's important to add strength training. Can anyone give my a ballpark figure of what I would burn doing this for the 20 minutes?

If you did that non-stop for 20 minutes, I'd ballpark it around 300 calories.

It's going to keep the heart rate up, which is more of a cardio type workout, but your body does not weigh enough to burn major calories doing these exercises.

Are you seriously bumping your thread every 2 mins if you don't get an answer? Are we supposed to answer as fast as Google?

a good estimate for calories burned-

breathing harder than normal 6-7 cals a minute

sweating- (not due to ambient temperature) 8-11 calories a minute

panting and sweating--10-13 calories a minute
