Hi, I'm Monique and I just joined a few days ago. Over the last couple of days I have really been utilizing the food tracker. Boy, for the exercise I'm putting out, I am WAY under in calories. I have a hard time eating all my calories (funny since I'm trying to lose weight now). I have food allergies so it makes meal planning a little difficult. I think this site is really going to help me pull my plan together. Thanks.
