What have you done to lose weight quickly ?

I don't necessarily want terribly unhealthy advice lol but has anyone legitimately lost say 45 lbs in 2-3 months? What did you do? Also has anyone done a spa wrap for inch loss for say a PRT?

    45lbs in 3 months would be 15lbs a month. That's almost 4lbs a week. Unless you have hundreds of pounds to lose, that's going to be very difficult.

    If there are 3500 calories in a pound, you would need a deficit of 13,121 calories a week (3500 / 3.75). That means an 1875 calorie deficit a day. So, if your TDEE was around 2000 a day, you could only eat 125 calories a day. Obviously, that's not sensible.

    Your best choice would be to use MFP as it was designed, accept a 1-2lb per week rate of loss and be happy with achieving long term results.

    By the way, wraps only provide water weight loss. It will come back immediately, often within hours or days.
