Who had a baby in October?

I had my little guy on October 6th and am looking for post partum buddies to support each other. I need to lose 23lbs to get down to the weight I was when I got pregnant. My ultimate goal though would to lose another 30 pounds to get me to 125lbs. Yipes.

During my pregnancy I got all soft and mushy. I quit working out and pretty much ate what I wanted. Time for me to get back to it. I live in the midwest and it's starting to get COLD, which makes it hard to get motivated to get outside for physical activity. I think I have a touch of the baby blues which doesn't help my emotional eating tendencies. Excuses, excuses right?

Well I am here recording my food to be accountable. I'm breastfeeding and customized my calorie goal at 2000. Today I had just under 1600 cals. Gotta start somewhere.
