right so last summer i reached my first big goal and lost around 30lbs since around september i havent ate healthy like i did befor n stopped my exercise. i hav put a few lbs on now but work n college hav helped keep the weight off i think. so nywy for weeks now iv been sayin this week im going to start jogging but i think next monday im going to start.
my plan is to get up 30 mins erlier than i alredy do on a morning so 6am n go jogging for around 20-30 mins i thought id do this 3 times a week and i was wondering wether this was a good way to lose weight and tone up or will it just keep me at the same place im at now?

The key to any exercise, dieting program is to stick with it! Of course we all slide a little...however you have to stay on the wagon. Running is an excellent weigh to lose weight. Anything cardio---raising your heart weight ---aids in losing weight. You have to plan everyday with some type of exercise in it. It is my first waking thought each day.0

It'll definately help and it's a beautiful time of the day. Even when it's dark and the sun is just rising you get a totally different view of your neighbourhood.
I reckon 30 minutes running is a great toner! Just mix it up, set yourself mini challenges to keep yourself fresh, put a few slopes/hills in there. Run alone or with people depending on what suits your running style and personality. I like to cycle with people but I get too stressed if I run with people so I run alone (or with a dog). You'll work out what suits you and keeps you motivated.0
