exercise calories

Hi i'am 5.2 i weigh 11st 6lbs or 160lbs i'am on 1400 calories a day i exercise 3/4 times a week earning between 500 to 1000 exercise calories a time but i dont eat them.
i,ve been losing the same 7lbs it seem for ever and then just putting it back on again.
please could you all tell me what you do and has it work for you thank you.

    Nice to hear abt ur exercise as the range is good...........eat arnd 1500 atleast and continue to hit gym.........
    As u told u r not eating back so its good.....
    Well u r losing 7 lbs when ur cal intake is less than ur expenditure.........it reverse when u eat more.....
    Control ur diet and continue to hit gym.........rest will take care of itself in long term.......:smile:
