Best way to weigh yourself

Was just wondering what is the best way to weigh yourself? The last weigh in I did was in my gym stuff, and I had my trainers on, but this was done on the scales at the gym.

I've been told, now that I have scales at home, the best way is to do it in my birthday suit. lol.

So what is the best way to do it to get the most accurate results?

    I think the best way to weigh yourself is to just do it at the same time, the same way every time you do.

    You are right about doing it in your birthday suite. To be even more accurate, do it first thing in the morning, after going to the bathroom and before you eat or drink anything. This is when your stomach and bladder is empty so you can get the most accurate weight possible.

    Yes, with my clothes on and shoes I weigh 3 pounds more! so valuable to take um off if you can.

    i put my original weight on here at 290lb with clothes. I did a weight in on the same scales 2 days later in just my underwear and it was 5lb less. It can make a big difference depending on what clothes u r wearing
