Vegetables and Wind!

Hey Guys!
Jeez, when I used to eat less vegetables I had way less gas problems. Ive been hitting at least my 5 a day the past few weeks and I notice I am often bloated and passing wind (sorry!!). Will this go away with time? I dont think its an intolerance as the only change Ive made is getting more veg. A wide variety. I know brocolli is a culprit but even cutting back on that hasnt helped it much. Did anyone else notice this as a byproduct of being healthier!?
I also take a probiotic everyday but Im wondering is there anything else I could do. I love my veg and dont want to cut back!
