Does when you eat matter?

Because some days I don't get out of bed til 2pm.. and others I wake up at 9am but don't eat until several hours later. I just forget =/

I don't think it matters, as long as you are eating all your cals for the day.0

No it does not, the body can't tell time. I eat most of my calories at dinner:flowerforyou:0

IMO Breakfast just means to break your fast so it shouldn't matter whether you do it at 9am or 2pm, just so long as you eat your cals.0

It's fine... just don't use getting up at 2pm as a reason for being able to eat 800 calories a day.0

Not unless when you're eating is impacting whether or not you get your calories in for the day--or if it leads you to overeat later. At the end of the day all that matters (IMHO) is that you're 1) eating all of your calories 2) getting sufficient protein and 3) getting sufficient amounts of healthy fats.0
