Ok so having read a few posts on this topic. In order to loose weight correctly and not loose muscle mass. I should be eating according to my BMR? So not going under this? As this is known as starvation mode.
Here are few of my stats:
Male
Age 26
Weight: 198 Pounds
Height: 5ft 7 (67 Inch)
Waist: 42
Chest: 40
Hips: 43
Body Fat % 32.1

Using the Katch-McArdle Forumla my BMR is :1686
Then based on how many calories one should consume ive gone for mod act as I plan on going to gym 5 days week.
Moderately Active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/wk) :2567
So does this mean I should be eating 2567??
A little confused?

Lose not loose. You don't loose weight, your clothes might get loose when you lose weight.
For the rest it's a major topic of debate on the forums. Cruise around and read some topics and pick the answer that makes you happy.0
