Here is how I want to lose weight

I have been here for a while but last year it really worked for me.. more to go though ...and I need to work hard. I am hoping that I can lose between 1 and 1.5 kg a week. here is how I can do it:

Fact: 1000 grams = 3500 calories

I am 158 cm (5"2') 70.8 KG (156lb)
goal lose 7KG (15lb)
weeks 4-5 weeks
weekly goal lose between 1-1.5 KG
calories I need : BMR 1500, active 2000

Specific goal:

Diet daily intake 1200,and high intensity exercise (heart reate 175) for 40 minutes. in a really lazy day
weight loss = 1200 - (1500+1000) = -1300 (170 grams)

Diet daily intake 1200, no need to exercise if it is an active day
weight loss = 1200 - 2000 = -800 (100 grams)

These are not very accurate numbers but this is the best I can do to calculate my goal and keep daily progress.
